Judging Criteria

The judging will be centered around the design of Avatars, but the aesthetic interpretation is where you can let your imagination run free.
The VRM Avatar Challenge will be judged by a panel of industry experts, that will be announced in September. The VRM challenge brings together community and community leaders to explore identity and freedom in the metaverse. In a unique judging format, each category is ‘chaired’ by a community leader judge who guides their fellow judges through the process - facilitating the selections. The group then gives a (short) statement about their process and their choices.

All entries must be received by midnight EST on October 16th, 2022. All entries received after this date will not be considered.
The winners will be announced and published in October 2022.
